Pricing & Ordering

Our prices depend on  design, details, complexity of decoration and serving size. In general all custom cakes start at $150. Cupcakes at $2.50. Please fill out the price quote form for us to provide an accurate quote.

In order to hold a date, a 50% deposit is required, the remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event. Orders placed within 10 days of the delivery date have to be paid in full at order placement.

Tastings  & Consultations at our Brooklyn location, 702 Washington Ave (btw Prospect Pl & St. Marks Ave) are held Tuesdays & Wednesdays 12-6pm. (Other times available by appointment only) Please call 347.787.7199 to schedule an appointment.

We are closed on Mondays.

Terms

1. Your initial 50% deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable.

2. We must receive the balance by the due date indicated (10 days prior to delivery) or contract is void. Orders placed within 10 days of the event date are non-refundable.

3.  The final date for any changes of size (of equal or higher value), style or flavors of the cake is 10 days prior to the event.  Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Delivery and setup fees are determined by distance. There will be hourly charges of $75. if we have to wait at a location.

5.  We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete.  You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s).  Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 70 degrees or below.

6. If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves BCakeNY, LLC’s possession.

7. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
